Hello, my name is Kyoshi Liz Mahler. In 1987 I opened my first martial arts school on the Central Coast, since then, 24 years later, my team of professional Black Belt Instructors and I have taught thousands of Central Coast children valuable life skills such as self-discipline, improved focus, self control, respect and courtesy through the martial arts.
